Test Test is a small, founder-led real estate consulting practice based in Atlanta. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiries and serve our clients well. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect what you provide directly:
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone, optional city or neighborhood, the service you are asking about, and your message.
We may also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited. This is standard website log data and is used to keep the site running and to improve it.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and follow up about a possible engagement.
- To keep a private record of inbound inquiries so we can serve our clients well.
- To improve how the site works.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails. There is no newsletter signup on this site.
How we store and protect it
Form submissions are delivered to a private email inbox managed by the founder (support@tealapexgroup.com). We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. We keep your information only as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain our business relationship.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate this site:
- Google Fonts: serves the typeface (Inter) used throughout the site.
- Unsplash: serves the photography you see on the site, with no tracking.
- Email provider: delivers the contact form to our inbox.
Each provider operates under its own privacy commitments.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics that profile individual visitors. The site sets one small functional preference in your browser to remember whether you chose the Daylight or Dusk theme. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-respecting tool and update this page accordingly.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of any future communications.

Age
This site is intended for adult business professionals and prospective real estate investors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this site. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the last meaningful update. For material changes, we will note them visibly here for at least 30 days.
